摘要

引入“党员分化”视角，通过对当前农村基层党建复杂实践的梳理，揭示农村基层党组织形象的影响机制及其纠偏路径，是本研究目标所在。基于北京市H村的田野调研发现：当前农村基层党建实践中，发展党员私人关系主导明显，党群关系有机关联断裂，党政关系工具化，组织生活形式化严重。以党性强弱为基本维度可对党员群体做出类型分析：作为关键少数的积极分子、沦为沉默的大多数的中间群体与影响恶劣的落后分子。积极分子过少、中间群体居多与落后分子堕落，成为农村基层党组织形象不断恶化的实践机制，纠偏路径正在于坚决教育并改造落后分子、科学有效激励中间群体并积极呵护积极分子，大力营造风清气正、积极昂扬的组织氛围。

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the influence mechanism and rectifying path of the rural grass⁃roots party organization image by inroducing "party member differentiation" perspective and combing the current complex practice of rural grassroots party building .Based on the field research of H Village in Beijing， it is found that in the practice of rural grassroots party building， the party members' private relations is dominated， the party⁃group relationship is broken， the party⁃government relationship is instrumental， and the organizational life is superficial. Taking the strength of the party as the basic dimension， we can make a type analysis of the party members： as a key minority activist， a middle majority group that is silent and a backward group. The lack of activists， the excess of the middle group and the fall of the backwards have become the practice mechanism for the deteriorating image of rural grassroots party organizations. The rectifying path is to educate and convert the backwards， motivate the middle group and protect the activists and thus creating a clean， positive and stimulating organizational atmosphere.
