On the culture construction of rural sages in the new era—— a case study of Chaohu city
In recent years, Chaohu city has attached unprecedent importance to the construction of rural sages culture, and the effectiveness and characteristics of the rural sages culture construction has emerged. However, some problem such as the masses’"insufficient heart", the local governments' "excessive strength", new rural sages' "unestablished virtue" and formalism are very prominent. The local government should cultivate the growth soil of rural sages culture from economy, innovate the connotation of the rural sages culture from the cultural elements and create the positive atmosphere of the rural sages culture from the institutional system so as to successfully graft the traditional rural sages culture into the modern civilization.
