摘要

在政策与实践的共同推动下，我国农村土地流转面积逐年提升。然而，土地流转率总体不高，已然成为“发展土地适度规模经营”与推进农业现代化的掣肘。当前，土地流转实践较为注重农民的理性与利益维度，对于农民主体性中的情感因素缺乏应有的重视。以情感社会学的视角，探寻土地流转行为背后的情感逻辑、代际差异和作用机制具有重要的实践意义与理论价值。研究发现，农民的土地情感已经成为阻滞土地流转的重要因素，不同代际农民的土地情感不同程度地影响着土地流转实践。因此，在土地流转实践中纳入情感要素，尊重农民的主体性，并针对不同代际农民的土地情感进行分类施策，是推进土地流转的可取之策。

Abstract

Under the joint promotion of policies and practices， the area of rural land transfer in our country has been increasing year by year. However， the overall land turnover rate is not high， which has become a constraint on the development of appropriate scale management of land and the promotion of agricultural modernization. At present， the practice of land transfer pays more attention to farmers' rationality and interest dimensions， but lacks due attention to the emotional factors in the subjectivity of farmers. From the perspective of emotional sociology， exploring the emotional logic， intergenerational differences and the mechanism behind land transfer behavior has important practical significance and theoretical value. The study found that farmers' land emotions have become an important factor in blocking land transfer， and the land emotions of farmers of different generations affect the practice of land transfer to varying degrees. Therefore， incorporating emotional elements into the practice of land transfer， respecting the subjectivity of farmers， and categorizing policies based on the land emotions of farmers of different generations are strategically viable to promote land transfer.
