Business extrusion, demonstration effect and farmer land circulation——based on the investigation and analysis of underdeveloped areas in Sichuan Province
The foundation of rural renewal is the land, the basic situation of Chinese people with more and less land determines that agricultural scale development inevitably requires land circulation concentration for unified planning and management. Based on the dual spatial perspective of poor areas and ethnic areas, a binary Probit model is constructed by using the data of household survey, this paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurship, demonstration effect and other factors on family land circulation. The study found that entrepreneurship would "crowd out" the family land scale, the land circulation behavior of neighbors, relatives and friends would significantly affect the family land circulation decision, the size of the family owned land , the land location, family size and circulation organization would also affect the family land circulation, and the effects of the above factors were also different due to the family economic status and ethnic type.
