摘要

受新冠疫情与极端气候叠加影响，全球农业生产遭受重创，各国纷纷限制农产品出口，一场世界范围内的食品危机山雨欲来。基于我国粮食安全问题正由流通环节向生产环节蔓延的判断，中央经济工作会议将大力推进生物育种技术列为重点发展方向，被业界普遍解读为重启转基因产业化的信号。十多年来，我国转基因产业发展缓慢，其中一个关键原因就在于相关标识立法的不科学，从而导致消费者对转基因食品接受程度较低。因此，借鉴发达国家先进的标识立法经验，为转基因食品构建一个公平竞争的市场环境，将有助于我国把粮食安全的命脉牢牢掌握在自己手里。

Abstract

Affected by the new epidemic and extreme climate， the global agricultural production has suffered a heavy blow， countries have restricted the export of agricultural products， a worldwide food crisis is coming. Based on the judgment that China's food security problem is spreading from circulation to production， the central economic work conference will vigorously promote biological breeding technology as a key development direction， which is generally interpreted as a signal to restart the industrialization of transgenic. In the last decade， the development of genetically modified food industry in China has been hampered due to a key reason-unreasonable labeling legislation， which leads to the low acceptance of genetically modified food by consumers. Therefore， learning from the advanced labeling legislation experience of developed countries and building a fair competition market environment for genetically modified food will help China firmly grasp the lifeline of food security in its own hands.
