How to make rural governance effective?——foreign typical pattern and enlightenment
Efficient rural governance system can lay a solid foundation for the full realization of "Rural Revitalization" in China. Based on thinking about the present situation of rural governance from the world, this paper sums up three typical patterns: the East Asian Pattern represented by developed countries such as Korea and Japan, the European and American Pattern represented by developed countries such as the United States and France, and the Latin American Pattern represented by developing countries such as Brazil and Argentina. From the implementation status of three patterns, this paper compares and summarizes typical practice and valuable experience of the developed countries and developing countries. Based on this, in view of the shortcomings in the field of rural governance of China, such as organizational structure, rule of law by virtue, public services and poverty alleviation, relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
