摘要

随着经济发展进入新常态，数字化消费进入大众视野，越来越多的农民尝试通过电商销售农产品。基于村庄和农户层面的全国性微观问卷调查数据，从农民的主体性视角对农村电商的发展态势进行研究。结果表明：农民运用电商的使用率不足，这主要与农民对电商的了解度有关，了解度越高使用率越高；农民使用电商的持续性意愿不强，这主要受农民对电商的认可度的影响，认可度越高，使用意愿越强。可知，我国农村电商的发展任重而道远。因此，一方面，需要激发内力，完善农村电商队伍，加强农村电商基础设施建设和配套服务，提高农民对电商的使用率；另一方面，需要外力牵引，增强农民使用电商的持续性意愿。各个村庄需要根据自身实际，充分调动农户、农业企业、政府、院校和科研机构的力量，积极探索出不同的农村电商发展之路，强化品牌建设力度。

Abstract

With economic development entering the new normal and digital consumption entering the public's vision， more and more farmers try to sell agricultural products through e-commerce. Based on the national micro questionnaire survey data at the level of villages and farmers， this paper studies the development trend of rural e-commerce from the perspective of farmers' subjectivity. The results show that： first， the utilization rate of farmers using e-commerce is insufficient，which is related to farmers' understanding of e-commerce. The more understanding， the higher utilization rate； Second， farmers' willingness to use e-commerce is not strong，which is affected by farmers' recognition of e-commerce. The higher recognition， the stronger willingness to use. It can be seen that the development of rural e-commerce in China has a long way to go. Therefore， on the one hand， it is necessary to stimulate internal forces， improve rural e-commerce team， strengthen rural e-commerce infrastructure construction and supporting services， and improve farmers' utilization rate of e-commerce； On the other hand， it needs external forces to enhance farmers' sustainable willingness to use e-commerce. Each village needs to mobilize the farmers， agricultural enterprises， governments， universities and scientific research institutions to actively explore different ways of rural e-commerce development， and strengthen brand construction.
