摘要

立足农民家庭策略变化，基于家庭发展能力、家庭发展意愿两个维度分析研究，发现发展能力弱、村庄生活预期强且以发展目标围绕社会生活展开的农民家庭更多选择镇域城镇化路径。而农民家庭策略是不断变化的，镇域空间在农民家庭中的功能与定位随之发生变化，从而产生了镇域城镇化的萎缩、内卷问题。但镇域城镇化及其空间发育建设对农民家庭具有重要意义。需要将农民家庭的个体选择与镇域空间塑造结合起来，一方面完善公共品统筹层级，构建与镇域空间相匹配的公共品供给与服务体系；另一方面盘活镇域空间的经济机会，重视农民返乡创业与地方小规模经济体的作用，确保农民镇域城镇化质量提升。

Abstract

Based on changes of farmer family strategies and the two dimensions of family development ability and family development willingness， the study found that farmer families with weak development ability， strong life expectations and development goals centering on social life are more likely to choose township urbanization paths. Since the family strategies are constantly changing， the function and positioning of the town space in rual family changes， resulting in the shrinking and involution of the township urbanization. However， township urbanization and its spatial development and construction are of great significance. It is necessary to combine the individual choice with the shaping of the town space. On the one hand， we should improve the overall level of public goods and build a public goods supply and service system that matches the town space. On the other hand， we need to revitalize the economic opportunities of the town space and attach importance to the role of farmers returning to their hometowns to start business and local small-scale economies to ensure that the quality of township urbanization is improved.
