With the increase of rural mobility and the development of informatization， the complexity of social governance is greatly increased， so we need to adopt New models or new paradigms of social governance in order to deal with the new situation and the new problems. With the inspiration of the social space theory of Giddens， Castells and others， four types of social governance are analyzed from the two dimensions of trust and space. In order to achieve effective social governance while giving full play to the role of traditional social governance of present localization and absent delocalization， rural areas need to pay attention to the practice and innovation of social governance of absent localization and present delocalization.
