摘要

精准扶贫精准脱贫时期形成一系列卓有成效的治理机制，如精准化治理机制、协同治理机制、驻村帮扶机制、监督考核机制等，这些经过实践验证的宝贵经验为乡村振兴工作提供借鉴和参考。基于乡村振兴所具有的全面性、整体性、持久性、复杂性等特点，脱贫攻坚成果需要进一步拓展，才能更好地应用于当前农业农村的发展实践中，主要表现在精准识别乡村治理问题、实施网格化治理、进一步强化社会和市场力量、完善议事协调机构运转、因村派人、建立驻村帮扶长效机制、深度整合调动各类监督主体等方面。

Abstract

During the period of targeted poverty alleviation， a series of effective governance mechanisms have been formed， such as precision governance mechanism， collaborative governance mechanism， village assistance mechanism， supervision and assessment mechanism， etc. These valuable experiences verified by practice provide reference for rural revitalization. Based on the comprehensiveness， integrity， persistence and complexity of rural revitalization， the achievements of poverty alleviation need to be further expanded in order to be better applied to the current practice of agricultural and rural development. It is mainly reflected in the accurate identification of rural governance problems， the implementation of grid governance， further strengthening social and market forces， improving the operation of deliberation and coordination institutions， sending people according to the village， establishing a long-term mechanism for assistance in the village， in-depth integration and mobilization of various supervision subjects， etc.
