摘要

基于典型案例解剖，探析中西部地区村干部接班人的类型及他们的经济社会特征。研究发现，中西部人口流出农村地区，仍有一部分“中坚农民”成为村干部的有效接班人。通过分析当下村干部的主体及其接班人——“中坚农民”产生的经济社会基础及其经济社会属性指出“中坚农民”能够坚守在村庄、愿意作为村庄公共事务的“当家人”的原因，从而为国家和地方政府了解中西部农村地区村干部接班人的现状、制定相关的政策措施，提供第一手资料。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of typical cases， this paper explores the types of village cadres' successors and their economic and social characteristics in the central and western regions. The study found that while the population of the central and western regions has flowed out of rural areas， there are still some "backbone farmers" who have become effective successors to village cadres. By analyzing the economic and social foundation and attributes of the "backbone farmers"—the main body of the current village cadres and their successors， it explores why the "backbone farmers " can stay on the village and are willing to be the "heads" of the village's public affairs，which provide first-hand information for the state and local governments to understand the status quo of the successors of village cadres in rural areas in the central and western regions and formulate relevant policies and measures.
