摘要

既有研究主要把彩礼放在“男方—女方”、“母家庭—子家庭”或“社会—家庭”等二元结构内展开研究，较少将其作为一个动态的整体进行研究，尤其是新形势下彩礼转移的新变化及其社会意涵。研究发现：农村彩礼转移路径逐渐延长，具体表现为彩礼从男方家庭转移到女方家庭，再从女方家庭转移到小家庭。当彩礼转移到女方家庭的时候，彩礼自带的男方家庭财产属性和附加的女方家庭财产属性就会叠加在一起。财产属性叠加模糊了彩礼的财产归属，这给女方家庭、男方家庭和小家庭索取彩礼都提供了比较大的空间，从而在彩礼转移过程中形成了十分微妙的关系政治。当彩礼最终从男方家庭转移到小家庭的时候，男方家庭、女方家庭和小家庭三者之间最终会达到一种较为均衡的关系状态。

Abstract

The existing researches mainly focus on the bride price within the binary structure of "male family—female family"， "mother family—child family" or "society—family"， but less on the research as a dynamic whole， especially on the new changes of the bride price transfer and its social implications under the new situation. The research finds that the transfer path of bride price gradually expands， which is embodied in the transfer of bride price from the man's family to the woman's family， and then from the woman's family to the child family. When the bride price is transferred to the hands of the woman's parents， the property attributes of the man's family inherent in the bride price and the additional property attributes of the woman's family will be superimposed together. The superposition of property attribute blurs the property ownership of bride price， thus forming a very subtle politics relationship in the process of bride price transfer. When the bride price is finally transferred from the husband's family to the child family， the husband's family， the woman's family and the child family will eventually reach a more balanced relationship.
