摘要

乡村振兴是新时代乡村发展的国家战略，农民实现共同富裕是其应有之义。具体来说，共同富裕是社会主义的本质特征，也是中国共产党执政的价值旨归，还是中国特色社会主义道路的发展要求，更是中华民族实现伟大复兴的重要标识。从共同富裕的结构层级来看，既包括物质生活的不断满足，又包括精神生活的丰富多彩。尤其是随着全面小康社会的建成与农民物质生活水平的跃升，精神富裕成了乡村振兴的重要内容，也成了乡村社会达成共同富裕目标的关键面向。因此，需要明确农民实现精神富裕对于推进乡村振兴战略具有的重要价值，廓清农民实现精神富裕在物质基础、价值方向、公共服务等方面所遭遇的一系列挑战，聚焦物质生活的现实基础、主流精神的价值引领、优秀传统的文化底色、公共文化的供给水平，探索农民实现精神富裕的具体实践进路，从而助力于乡村振兴与共同富裕的伟大实践。

Abstract

Rural revitalization is a national strategy for rural development in the new era，and the realization of common prosperity for farmers is righteousness.Common prosperity is the essence of socialism，the value and purpose of the ruling of CPC，the development requirement of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics，and the important symbol of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From a structural perspective，common prosperity includes both the constant satisfaction of material life and the richness of spiritual life. With the establishment of well-off society and the improvememt of farmers’ material living standards， spiritual prosperity has become the important part of rural revitalization and the key to common prosperity.Therefore，we need recognize the important value of farmers' spiritual prosperity in the rural revitalization strategy，clarify a series of challenges in terms of material basis，value orientation and public services，focus on the realistic basis of material life，the value guidance of the mainstream spirit，the cultural background of excellent traditions，and the supply level of public culture to explore the specific practical approaches to spiritual prosperity in order to achieve the rural revitalization and common prosperity.
