摘要

基于大国小农的国情，中国的农业现代化必然以农户为本位，农户采取何种策略实现农业经营的现代化是重要的实践问题。基于中西部一个农业型村庄的个案考察，发现农户提高生产要素投入的市场化程度、实现适度规模经营是融入现代农业的一条渐进式路径，核心在于通过家庭策略保持与经营能力相匹配的适度规模。农户的家庭资本规模、家庭劳动力数量、市场风险承担能力共同决定其经营能力并影响“适度规模”的大小。同时，在城镇化背景下人口外流，促进内生型土地流转市场与农业生产社会化服务生成，有助于扩大留村农户的经营规模。未来国家应当进一步规范土地流转市场，完善农业生产社会化服务体系，释放农户扩大再生产的市场空间，建立农户与现代农业相衔接的稳定机制，实现中国特色的农业现代化。

Abstract

Based on the national conditions of small farmers in a large country， China's agricultural modernization must be farmers-basis. Thus， it is an important practice issue that what strategies farmers adopt to realize the modernization of agricultural management. Based on a case study of an agricultural village in the central and western regions， it is found that the marketization of farmers' enhancing productive factors and appropriate scale operation are a gradual way to integrate into modern agriculture， and that the core is to maintain an appropriate model that matches the business capabilities through family practice. The size of family capital， number of family labors， and market risk-bearing capacity of small farmers jointly determine their business capabilities and affect the size of the "appropriate scale". At the same time， under the background of urbanization， the population outflow will create a land transfer market and a socialized service market for agricultural production， which will help expand the scale of operations under the conditions of stable operation capabilities of small farmers. In the future， the country should further standardize the land transfer market， improve the socialized service system for agricultural production， establish a stable mechanism for linking small farmers with modern agriculture， and realize agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.
