摘要

乡村如何再组织起来，已然型构为乡村建设行动的重要现实课题之一。乡村的再组织化是实现乡村社会秩序重构的集体行动依托。基于组织赋权—资源集聚—自愿参与的三维行动，得以构建出“再组织化”的分析框架，型塑为乡村振兴战略在地化的治村理论逻辑。文章以A村徽商会为案例研究对象，实证发现：基于党建引领下架构了运营框架以及创建考核制度，促成组织赋权行动；通过农民技能培育与拓宽市场渠道，促成资源集聚行动；依托于多方家庭关系与故土情怀的互动合力，促成自愿参与，最终再组织化集体行动，促成了村庄治理秩序的重构，以期促成乡村全面振兴。

Abstract

How to reorganize the countryside has become one of the important practical issues of rural construction. Reorganization of rural areas is the carrier of the reconstruction of rural social order. Based on the three-dimensional action of organizational empowerment，resource concentration and voluntary participation， the analytical framework of "reorganization" can be constructed，and the theoretical logic of village governance in the localization of rural revitalization strategy can be shaped. Taking the chamber of commerce of village A as the case，the empirical findings are as follows：constructing the operation framework and assessment system to promote the organization's empowerment action；cultivating farmers' skills and broadening market channels to promote the resource concentration action；promoting voluntary participation by relying on the interaction of multiple family relationships and local feelings and finally reorganizing the collective action， which contributes to the reconstruction of the village governance order and the overall revitalization of the countryside.
