摘要

数字乡村建设是经济高质量发展的基本要求，也是消除城乡差距的基础。新质生产力不仅是蕴含数字技术与创新动力的生产力新质态，更是饱含马克思主义生产力要素和人文经济色彩，能够在乡村发展过程中充分发挥技术、资本积累、劳动力等要素对数字乡村建设的正向推动作用。具体到现实社会，新质生产力驱动数字乡村建设的成败深受农村市场发展成熟程度、农村农业基础设施条件、农村创新技术、农业经营制度、农业产业融合度指数等因素的影响。为此，需要通过推进农村市场转变为成熟市场、加强农村农业基础设施建设、强化农村智慧农业发展建设、构建多元化的农业经营制度、提升农业产业融合发展指数等助力数字乡村建设，从而推进全体人民共同富裕，并在中国乡土大地上描绘一幅饱含人文色彩的新质生产力发展图景。

Abstract

The construction of digital villages is a fundamental requirement for high-quality economic development and the basis for narrowing the urban-rural gap. New-quality productive forces not only represents a new form of productive forces that integrates digital technology and innovative impetus， but also embodies Marxist productive forces elements and humanistic economic features. It can fully leverage the positive role of factors such as technology， capital accumulation， and labor force in the construction of digital villages during the rural development process. In the real world， the success or failure of new-quality productive forces in the construction of digital villages is deeply influenced by factors such as the maturity of the rural market， the conditions of rural agricultural infrastructure， rural innovative technologies， agricultural operation systems， and the index of agricultural industry integration. Therefore， it is necessary to promote the transformation of the rural market into maturity， strengthen the construction of rural agricultural infrastructure， intensify the development and construction of smart agriculture in rural areas， establish a diversified agricultural operation system， and enhance the index of agricultural industry integration in order to support the construction of digital villages， promote common prosperity for all people and paint a picture of new-quality productive forces development with humanistic colors on the vast Chinese rural land.
