摘要

农村集体经济作为社会主义公有制经济在农村的具体实现形式，对于防止两极分化、缓解农户相对贫困具有重要意义。基于中国劳动力动态调查（CLDS）数据，借助IV-2SLS、倾向得分匹配、分位数回归等模型分析新型农村集体经济发展对农户相对贫困的影响及作用机制。研究发现，新型农村集体经济的发展壮大有利于农户相对贫困的缓解，且主要通过增加农户财产性收入、本地非农就业机会及农业社会化服务的可得性三个途径实现。进一步分析发现，新型农村集体经济发展对农户相对贫困缓解的效果具有普惠性，对人力资本水平较低和相对贫困指数较高的农户缓解作用更强；但较低的人口规模和地形的复杂度会削弱新型农村集体经济发展对农户相对贫困缓解的作用。

Abstract

Rural collective economy， as a concrete realization form of socialist public ownership economy in rural areas， is of great significance in preventing polarization and alleviating the relative poverty of farm households. Based on the data of China Labor Dynamics Survey （CLDS）， this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of the development of new rural collective economy on the relative poverty of farm households with the help of IV-2SLS， propensity score matching， quantile regression and other models. It is found that the development of new rural collective economy is conducive to the alleviation of relative poverty of farm households， and it is mainly realized through increasing the property income of farm households， local non-farm employment opportunities and the availability of agricultural socialization services. Further analysis reveals that the effect of the development of new rural collective economy on the relative poverty alleviation of farm households is universal， and the alleviation effect is stronger for farm households with lower human capital levels and higher relative poverty indexes； however， the smaller population size and complexity of the terrain will weaken the effect of the development of new rural collective economy on the relative poverty alleviation of farm households.
