摘要

农业农村现代化不仅是中国式现代化的重要基础，也是建设农业强国的必然要求。中国式农业农村现代化建设必须立足超大规模人口国家这一特殊国情，以保障粮食安全为基础，以推动农村绿色低碳转型为特色，以实现农民共同富裕为目标。在新时代，中国式农业农村现代化需要在多个层面协同发力：通过科技突破自然资源约束，创新机制激发农民种粮动力，发展基础设施和乡村产业推动农村绿色转型，畅通城乡要素流动实现农民共同富裕。同时，还应汲取发达国家农业农村现代化建设的经验，探索符合中国国情的发展路径，向世界尤其是其他超大规模人口国家展示农业农村现代化的另一幅图景。

Abstract

Agricultural and rural modernization is not only a crucial foundation of Chinese-style modernization but also an essential requirement for building an agricultural powerhouse. The advancement of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization must be rooted in the unique context of a super-large population， with food security as its foundation， green and low-carbon rural transformation as its hallmark， and common prosperity for farmers as its ultimate goal. In the new era， Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization calls for coordinated efforts on multiple fronts： overcoming natural resource constraints through technological innovation， enhancing farmers' motivation for grain cultivation through institutional reforms， promoting green rural transformation by developing infrastructure and rural industries， and facilitating the flow of factors between urban and rural areas to achieve farmers' common prosperity. Moreover， it is vital to draw on the experiences and lessons from developed countries' agricultural and rural modernization， explore development paths suited to China's national conditions， and present to the world—especially other mega-countries—an alternative vision of agricultural and rural modernization.
