摘要

乡村产业振兴关乎乡村全面振兴的成效。基于组织协同和优势视角，案例研究发现，提升乡村产业发展水平离不开服务嵌入和优势互构的积极组织行为。依托党建势能，基层政府治理拓宽了多主体参与通道，以服务嵌入的方式推进优势互构行动。为推进乡村产业配套公共服务可及性，优势治理主要采取协同治理方式，在特定时空维度中推进组织协同，进而驱动乡村产业发展。遵循资源集成机制、主体动员机制和利益联结机制的服务嵌入和优势互构相辅相成，实践中注重从资源维度、主体维度、关系维度激活产业振兴动能，从而形成可持续的产业发展共同体，并呈现出组织协同的治理方式。

Abstract

The revitalization of rural industries is crucial to the overall development of rural areas. The case study of "Rural Financial Supermarket" found that improving the development level of rural industries cannot be achieved without active governance behaviors of service embedding and advantage co⁃construction. To promote the accessibility of public services for rural industries， the advantage governance mainly adopts a collaborative approach to promote organizational collaboration in specific temporal and spatial dimensions， thereby driving the development of rural industries. The service embedding mechanism organizes and mobilizes multiple entities to participate in industrial development through government power. The advantage co⁃construction effectively combines different governance advantages through multidimensional interaction among various entities， promoting the endogenous generation of rural industries. The process and behaviors of service embedding and advantage co⁃construction are closely related to the resource integration mechanism， the entity mobilization mechanism， and the interest linkage mechanism of rural industrial development. Attention should be paid to activating the momentum for industrial revitalization from the dimensions of resources， entities， and relationships， so as to form a sustainable industrial development community.
