摘要

综合使用条件价值评估、Logit回归、Tobit回归方法，基于安徽、河北两省山区村庄571份农户调查数据，从社区社会网络视角探讨农户饮水与环境卫生需求的重要影响因素。研究结果显示：邻里效应显著影响山区农户饮水与环境卫生改善需求，跟随、学习或模仿效应会提升农户改水改厕支付意愿，而邻里互助效应可能会带来农户改水改厕支付意愿的下降；邻里互助效应明显减弱了邻里间跟随、学习或模仿效应对农户环境卫生改善需求产生的正面影响。在农村饮水安全巩固提升工程和厕所革命攻坚的难点重点地区，发挥已改水改厕农户的示范作用，允许有邻里互助需求的农户共建安全饮水和卫生设施共享站点，也将是改善山区安全饮水和环境卫生状况，提升农户改水改厕积极性的重要途径。

Abstract

Based on 571 field survey data of rural households in mountainous villages in Anhui and Hebei，using contingent valuation， Logit regression， and Tobit regression， this paper explores the important factors affecting farmers' demand for drinking water and sanitation from the perspective of community social networks. The results show that the neighborhood effect significantly affects the demand for drinking water and sanitation； learning or imitating effect increases rural households' willingness to pay for water and sanitation， and the neighbor⁃helping effect reduces rural households' willingness to pay for water and sanitation. In key areas where there are the rural drinking water safety improvement project and the toilet revolution project， the demonstration role of rural households who have improved water and sanitation will be played， and the safe drinking water and sanitation facilities sharing sites that are raised and jointly maintained by neighbors will be permitted， to effectively raise their enthusiasm to participate in water and sanitation projects.
