摘要

乡村振兴的基础生产要素在土地资源，中国人多地少的基本国情决定了未来农业规模化发展必然要求土地流转集中以便统一规划与经营。基于四川省欠发达地区与民族地区双重空间视角，运用入户调查数据，从家庭创业、示范效应等因素分析其对家庭土地流转行为的影响。研究发现，创业会“挤出”家庭经营的土地规模，邻居与亲友的土地流转行为会显著影响家庭土地流转决策，家庭自有土地规模、土地位置、家庭规模、流转组织也会影响家庭的土地流转行为。分组回归分析发现，上述因素对土地流转的影响还因家庭经济状况与民族类型而存在分异作用。

Abstract

The foundation of rural renewal is the land， the basic situation of Chinese people with more and less land determines that agricultural scale development inevitably requires land circulation concentration for unified planning and management. Based on the dual spatial perspective of poor areas and ethnic areas， a binary Probit model is constructed by using the data of household survey， this paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurship， demonstration effect and other factors on family land circulation. The study found that entrepreneurship would "crowd out" the family land scale， the land circulation behavior of neighbors， relatives and friends would significantly affect the family land circulation decision， the size of the family owned land ， the land location， family size and circulation organization would also affect the family land circulation， and the effects of the above factors were also different due to the family economic status and ethnic type.
