摘要

津巴布韦农业资源丰富，中津农业合作潜力巨大。近年来津巴布韦经济发展遇到较大困难并导致了农业衰退。基于PEST视角对后穆加贝时代中津农业合作研究表明，津巴布韦面临政治环境不稳定、通货膨胀严重、社会治安混乱以及卫生条件差、技术短缺等现实困难，建议通过以下途径促进中津农业合作：在风险可控的条件下，鼓励民间资本到津巴布韦投资农业；深化已有合作，不断延长产业链，进一步增加产品附加值；研发适应津方需求的农用机械、培育良种等农业物资；积极做好相关风险防控工作。

Abstract

Zimbabwe is rich in agricultural resources. China and Zimbabwe hold great potential for cooperation in agricultural sector. However， in recent years， Zimbabwe's economic development has encountered great difficulties and led to agricultural recession. Based on the PEST perspective， the research on China-Zimbabwe agricultural cooperation in the post-Mugabe era shows that Zimbabwe is facing practical difficulties such as unstable political environment， serious inflation， chaotic social order， poor sanitation， and technical shortages. It is suggested to promote the agricultural cooperation between China and Zimbabwe through the following ways： under controllable risks， encourage private capital to invest in agriculture in Zimbabwe； deepen existing cooperation， continue to extend the industrial chain， and further increase the added value of products； develop agricultural machinery and cultivate fine seeds which meet the needs of the Zimbabweans； and actively take measures to prevent and control risks.
