摘要

乡村共同体的衰败是全面实现乡村振兴战略面临的严峻挑战，重构乡村共同体也成为社会和学界关注的议题。乡村共同体从形成到衰败应聚焦于乡村的自然单元——家户，将家户拆解为“家”的实体性和“户”的公共性，并依据家户和乡村关系变迁作为解释当下乡村逐渐衰落的原因。家户形态经历了合而不分、合久必分和分而难合三个阶段，呈现家户一体到家户分离状态，成为当下现代乡村共同体重构最大障碍。尝试引入技术赋能，通过在乡村发展“互联网+物流”、“互联网+政务”和“互联网+娱乐”平台，实现对农民的经济赋能、政治赋能和文化赋能，使家户分离中的农民运用现代互联网技术，形成家户和乡村关系紧密的经济共同体、治理共同体和文化共同体。

Abstract

The decline of the rural community is a severe challenge to the full realization of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. The reconstruction of the rural community has also become a concern in the social and academic circles. From the formation to the decline of the rural community， we should focus on the rural natural unit⁃family， disassemble the family into the entity of "family" and the publicity of "family"， and explain the current gradual decline of the countryside according to the change of the relationship between family and rural areas. The form of families has experienced three stages： integration without division， division after long-time integration and difficult integration after division， which has become the biggest obstacle to the reconstruction of modern rural community. The Internet plus logistics， Internet plus government platform and Internet plus entertainment platform are used to develop economic empowerment， political empowerment and cultural empowerment of farmers， so that farmers in household separation can use modern Internet technology to form a close economic community， governance community and cultural community.
