摘要

中国有协和万邦的天下观传统，食学自主知识体系的创立，继承发扬了天下观传统，形成了食学天下观。刘广伟先生以中国人胸怀天下的视角去认识、分析人类的食事问题，以东西相融的方式提出解决人类食事问题的自主知识体系。食学研究食事，食事需要食学。通过食学研究，促成食事整全治理，可以为全球食事问题的解决，开辟出一条新路。

Abstract

China has the tradition of world view of harmony with all nations. The establishment of the independent knowledge system of shiology has inherited and carried forward the world view tradition and formed the world view of shiology. Mr Liu Guangwei understands and analyzes food problems from the perspective of the Chinese people with the world in mind， and proposes an independent knowledge system to solve food problems in the way of integrating east-west integration.The study of shiance needs the independent knowledge system of shiology. Through the study of shiology and the promotion of holistic governance， we can open up a new way to solve the problem of the world’s food problems.
