Why is it that "food is the most important thing for the people"， but not "agriculture for the people"？ Because farming is food oriented， while shiance focuses on eaters and includes farming. Agronomy is a knowledge system established from the perspective of food production， while shiology is a knowledge system including agronomy established from the perspective of eaters' demands. The content of agronomy is the domestication of food for 10，000 years， while the content of shiology is the human individuals' survival and health， the harmonious coexistence of groups and the sustainable development of populations for 5.5 million years. Agronomy is the partial cognition of shiance， while shiology is the whole cognition of shiance. Shiology is a larger body of knowledge covering all human shiance issues， and it is a global public product to solve human shiance issues.From the perspective of shiance issues governance in China， it is not enough to rely solely on food science for food safety， medicine for healthy China and agronomy for rural revitalization. Achieving Chinese modernization needs the support of scientific system of shiology. "Taking food as people's priority" emphasizes its importance， "taking food as the chief of government" emphasizes its priority， and "the governance of shiology " emphasizes solution.Shiology， short for shiance science. Based on the discussion on the basic contents of building an independent shiology knowledge system， this paper introduces the“3⁃13⁃36” scientific system of shiology from the definition， task and structure， and expounds the important significance of constructing a scientific system of shiology.
