摘要

基于2011-2020年中国省域面板数据，立足于实现“乡村振兴”目标愿景，采用超效率MinDS模型测度中国农业农村现代建设效率，并借助Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法全面揭示和识别中国农业农村现代化建设效率的区域差异及其来源。研究发现，中国农业农村现代化建设效率大体呈上升趋势，并兼具“东高中低”、“南北差异均衡”的区域特征；四大板块中，板块内部差异由高到低依次为：东部、中部、西部及东北地区，南北方地区内差异相近；四大板块的总体差异主要来源于地区间差异，地区内差异则是南北方差异的主要来源。在新发展阶段实施乡村振兴战略和区域协调发展战略的背景下，研究结果对于全面协同提升中国农业农村现代化建设效率，推动形成优势互补的农业农村现代化高质量发展格局具有重要启示。

Abstract

Based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 in China， with the "Rural Revitalization" goal， this paper measures the efficiency of agricultural and rural modern construction by using the super efficiency MinDS model， and comprehensively reveals and identifies the regional differences and sources with the help of dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method. It found that the efficiency of agricultural and rural modernization in China is generally on the rise， and has the regional characteristics of "high in the east and low in the middle " and "balanced difference between the north and the south"； Among the four plates， the differences from high to low are as follows： the eastern， central， western and northeast， and the differences within the southern and northern regions are similar； the overall difference of the four plates mainly comes from the regional difference， which is the main source of the overall difference between the south and the north. Under the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and regional coordinated development strategy in the new development stage， the research results have important enlightenment for comprehensively improving the efficiency of China's agricultural and rural modernization and promoting the formation of a high-quality development pattern of agricultural and rural modernization with complementary advantages.
