摘要

中国式现代化通过以人民为中心的现代化建构，实现人的本质价值的回归。作为相对弱势群体，农村残疾人获得感的可持续提升是实现乡村振兴的内在要求，也是推进人民主体现代化的重要路径。农村残疾人因生理障碍导致可行能力不足而处于相对弱势，是“弱有所扶”的关键群体。可行能力的理论分析表明，农村残疾人获得感生成于内在需求、实际获得、主观体验和现实行为的四维互动机制。农村残疾人的纵向获得感呈现提升态势；但横向获得感则由于基本资源保障不足、缺乏资源转化能力等原因相对偏弱。在实践中可通过产业带动就业、健全治理体系、加大资源倾斜，培养农村残疾人的就业能力、社会参与能力与资源运转能力，稳步提升他们的总体获得感。

Abstract

Chinese-style modernization， through its people-centered approach to modernization， aims to restore the essential value of humanity. As a relatively disadvantaged group， the sustainable enhancement of rural disabled individuals' sense of gain is both an inherent requirement for rural revitalization and a crucial pathway to advance people-oriented modernization. People with disabilities in rural areas are in a relatively disadvantaged position due to their insufficient functional capacity caused by physical disabilities， and they remain a key group that requires support. The theoretical analysis of functional capacity reveals that rural disabled individuals' sense of gain emerges from a four-dimensional interactive mechanism encompassing internal needs， actual acquisitions， subjective experiences， and real behaviors. The sense of accomplishment for people with disabilities has shown an upward trend over time （temporal comparison）； however， their sense of accomplishment in the horizontal dimension （peer comparison） remains relatively weak due to insufficient basic resource guarantees and a lack of resource transformation capabilities. In practice， it is possible to promote the overall sense of accomplishment for people with disabilities by driving employment through industries， improving governance systems， increasing resource allocation， and cultivating their employment capabilities， and resource utilization capabilities.
