摘要

农民合作社作为农业数字化转型的关键载体，其转型过程深受社会网络嵌入机制的影响。研究基于网络嵌入理论，运用嵌入式单案例研究方法，系统探究农民合作社数字化转型的网络演化特征与作用机制。研究发现：萌芽阶段依赖同伴示范效应的强关系；实施阶段依托政府、技术公司与金融机构构成的纵向弱关系网络；持续阶段则以消费者强关系共同构建“信任—价值”闭环。强关系提供信任基础与隐性知识传递，降低转型风险，弱关系桥接异质性资源突破内生约束，二者协同形成“认知解锁—资源整合—价值实现”的动力链条。合作社网络结构从单一网络向多主体协同演进，显著提升资源获取效率与制度合法性。

Abstract

Farmers' cooperatives serve as crucial vehicle for the digital transformation of agriculture， and their transformation process of is deeply influenced by the social network embedded mechanisms. Based on the network embedded theory， this paper uses an embedded single⁃case study method of farmers' cooperatives in Zhejiang Province to systematically explore the network evolution characteristics and mechanisms of the digital transformation of farmers' cooperatives. The study found that： in the embryonic stage， strong relationships rely on peer demonstration effects； during implementation， vertical weak relationship networks composed of government， technology companies， and financial institutions are utilized； in the sustained stage，strong relationships with consumers jointly construct a “trust⁃value” closed loop. Strong relationships provide a foundation for trust and the transfer of tacit knowledge ， reducing transformation risks， and weak relationships bridge heterogeneous resources to overcome internal constraints.Together these relationships form a dynamic chain of "cognitive unlocking⁃resource integration⁃value realization". The cooperative network structure has evolved from a single network to a multi⁃subject collaborative system， significantly improving resource acquisition efficiency and institutional legitimacy.
