摘要

在扎实推进共同富裕的背景下，乡村片区组团发展被视为打破村域壁垒、促进区域共富的关键路径。基于地域再生理论，构建“主体—环境—产业”三位一体分析框架，系统考察片区组团促进共同富裕的理论逻辑、现实困境与实践路径。研究发现，片区组团通过主体重塑、环境营造、产业培育，旨在实现村际资源互补与区域价值共生。然而，实践过程中尚面临“联动之困”“统合之困”“赋能之困”等多重挑战，主要表现为主体协同不足、空间适配失衡、融合发展滞后等，制约了政策的共同富裕效应。为此，提出应以党建联合引领多元主体协同，以空间正义夯实片区组团发展，以统分结合激活产业联动效能，从而为构建城乡融合发展新格局，推动乡村片区组团迈向高质量发展与共同富裕提供理论参照与政策启示。

Abstract

In advancing common prosperity， the development of rural area clusters is regarded as a key pathway to break down barriers between villages and promote regional coprosperity. Grounded in the theory of regional regeneration， this study constructs an integrated "agent–environment–industry" analytical framework to systematically examine the theoretical logic， practical dilemmas， and implementation pathways through which area clustering fosters common prosperity. The findings indicate that rural clustering， through agent restructuring， environmental enhancement， and industrial cultivation， aims to achieve intervillage resource complementarity and regional value cocreation. However， in practice， it still faces multiple challenges such as the "difficulty of coordination"， the "difficulty of integration"， and the "difficulty of empowerment"， which are manifested mainly in insufficient multiagent collaboration， imbalanced spatial adaptation， and lagging integrated development—all of which constrain the commonprosperity effects . Accordingly， this study proposes that partybuilding alliances should guide multistakeholder collaboration， spatial justice should consolidate the foundation for cluster development， and a unified yet flexible approach should be adopted to activate industrial synergy. These measures can provide theoretical insights and policy guidance for building a new pattern of integrated urbanrural development and driving rural area clusters toward highquality development and common prosperity.
