摘要

乡村振兴背景下，农业作为实体经济具有应用现代技术的天然优势。作为现阶段农业生产主力军，新型农业经营主体经历着适应乡村情境的组织制度化过程，对现代农业技术形成了“筛滤”效应，这一过程可从新主体有限理性决策、与利益相关方的“松散联盟”型关联、地方情境政治嵌入三类机制做出诠释。新主体的制度化及其“筛滤”效应表明，现代农业技术与传统农业技艺之间存在客观性张力，实现二者融合具有重要的现实紧迫性。关于农业转型中技术“筛滤”效应的应对路径上，提出藏“技”于民和“技”宿乡土、构建“紧密联盟”型关联、发展社区支持型农业等方案，以有效促进现代技术与传统技艺协同效应的发挥。

Abstract

Under the background of rural revitalization，agriculture as a real economy has the natural advantage of applying modern technology. As the main force of agricultural production，new agricultural operation subjects have undergone the process of institutionalization and adapted to the rural situation，which has formed the “screening” effect on the application of modern agricultural technology. This result can be attributed to the new subject's bounded rational decision，the "loose alliance" type association with stakeholders，and the local embedded situational politics. The institutionalization of the new subjects and its "screening" effect show that there is objective tension between modern agricultural technology and traditional agricultural skill，and the importance of their integration. In order to deal with the technological "screening" effect in agricultural transition， this paper puts forward some schemes such as storing "technology" in the people and countryside，constructing a "close alliance" type association and developing community-supported agriculture，so as to promote the synergy effect of modern technology and traditional skill in the development of modern agriculture.
