摘要

减少食物浪费是保障粮食安全、全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措。基于拓展的MOA模型，建立消费者食物浪费行为影响因素理论框架。通过1104份问卷的调查，实证检验了影响食物浪费行为的主要因素。研究结果表明，动机因素里的食物浪费态度、个人规范、知觉行为控制，机会因素里的购买和准备食物的时间、商店可及性，能力因素里的食品知识水平以及预期负面情绪和过度购买均会显著影响消费者食物浪费行为。并在此基础上提出了加强减少食物浪费节约粮食的宣传、开展食品知识相关教育与培训、完善减少食物浪费的相关法律条例、多渠道保障食品供应，防止消费者过度购买的政策建议。

Abstract

Reducing food waste is an important measure to ensure food security and comprehensively promote rural revitalization. Based on the expanded MOA model， the theoretical framework of influencing factors of consumers' food waste behavior is established. Through the investigation of 1104 questionnaires， this paper empirically tests the main factors affecting food waste behavior. The results showed that food waste attitude， personal norms， perceived behavior control in motivation factors， time to buy and prepare food， store accessibility in opportunity factors， food knowledge level in ability factors， anticipated negative emotion and excessive buying significantly affect consumers' food waste behavior. On this basis， it puts forward policy suggestions to strengthen the publicity of reducing food waste and saving food， carry out education and training related to food knowledge， improve relevant laws and regulations to reduce food waste， ensure food supply through multiple channels and prevent consumers from excessive buying.
