摘要

“新农人”参与产业发展体现人力资本更新与乡村产业升级的双向互动。研究聚焦“新农人”这一推动乡村产业迭代的关键群体，基于对四川、浙江两地旅游示范村的田野调查，构建“嵌入—赋能”理论框架，系统阐释新农人驱动乡村产业多元化的内在机制。研究发现，新农人通过“认知性嵌入—身份性嵌入—策略性嵌入—服务性嵌入”的进阶路径，实现从外部参与者到内生建设者的角色转变，并在此过程中触发乡村产业系统的结构性响应：一方面通过供给增能、市场拓展与资源优化等激活产业内生动力；另一方面借助组织功能变革重构产业发展生态，最终形成“外源赋能”与“内生发展”有机融合的乡村产业振兴新路径。研究为理解新时代乡村发展的主体性建构与系统性变革提供理论参考，也对乡村振兴中的人才政策创新具有实践启示。

Abstract

The participation of "new farmers" in industrial development reflects the two⁃way interaction between human capital renewal and rural industrial upgrading. Based on the field survey of tourism demonstration villages in Sichuan and Zhejiang， this study constructs a theoretical framework of "embedding⁃empowering" and systematically explains the internal mechanism of new farmers driving the diversification of rural industries. It is found that new farmers realize the role change from external participants to endogenous builders through the path of "cognitive embedding⁃identity embedding⁃strategic embedding⁃service⁃oriented embedding"， which trigger the structural response of the rural industrial system ： on the one hand， the endogenous power of the industry is activated through supply enhancement， market expansion and resource optimization； on the other hand， with the organizational function reform， the industrial development ecology is reconstructed， and finally a new path of rural industrial revitalization with the organic integration of "exogenous empowerment" and "endogenous development" is formed. This study provides a theoretical reference for understanding the subjective construction and systemic change of rural development in the new era， and also has practical enlightenment for talent policy innovation in rural revitalization.
